Clippership Motorhome Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction

Welcome to Clippership Motorhome. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our rental services and website. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions
  • “Client” or “Renter”: The individual or entity renting the motorhome.
  • “Vehicle”: The motorhome or RV rented from Clippership Motorhome.
  • “Booking”: The reservation made for rental of the vehicle.
3. Rental Services

Clippership Motorhome provides rental of motorhomes for personal and recreational use only. The vehicle must be used in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws.

4. Booking and Payment
  • Bookings require a valid payment method and deposit.
  • Full payment details and terms will be provided at the time of booking.
  • Pickup time is 1:30 PM, drop off time is 10:30 AM.
  • If any of the mileage option is not selected, you will be charged $0.29 per each mile traveled
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation fees are based on pickup date:
  • You have a 24 hour grace period to cancel with no cancellation fee charged.
  • Cancel between one day after the reservation date and 31 days prior to pickup – $250.
  • Cancel between 4 days and 31 days prior to pickup – $350.
  • Cancel between 0 days and 3 days prior to pickup – $500.
  • We provide cancellation exceptions for medical emergencies. Or, at your request, you can apply 100% of cancellation fees to a future rental, but the trip should not exceed the amount of your previous trip.
  • If you have rented the RV and used all rental days, no refunds will be provided.
6. Driver Requirements

Renters must be at least 25 years old, but younger drivers are allowed if they have their own insurance.

7. Use of Vehicle
  • The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or outside permitted regions.
  • You are responsible for all damages caused by yourself and must compensate for them.
8. Liability and Insurance
  • Our insurance provides secondary coverage only and offers additional coverage for the renter if there is no other available insurance. The deductible is $2,500.00. Damage while off-road, such as backing up in an RV Park, is not covered, nor is interior damage to the motor home.
  • Additional Options which you able to choose before your trip:
    • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): $21 per day on Class C and $31 per day on Class A motor homes – $500 deductible, with $0 deductible for Class C windshield damage. Class A windshield 50% deductible.
    • Inclusive Damage Waiver (IDW): $31 per day on Class C and $41 per day on Class A motor homes – $500 deductible will cover parking lot and off public road accidents, with a $0 deductible for Class C windshield damage. Class A windshield 50% deductible.
9. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the rental will be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

Clippership Motorhome reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
